You might be wondering, what the difference is between clip-in hair extensions and HALOCOUTURE Hair Extensions?
Before we get into the differences and why you would want to go with one option over the other, let's go over the details that are the same for both...
Both of our hair extension options are made of 100% Human Remy Hair so you can wash them and style them just as you do with your own hair. Remy hair is the finest quality of human hair. The hair cuticle is kept in tact and is collected through a method which the hair strands are completely aligned in the natural direction as it grew.
Let's talk about why you would go with one option over the other, starting with HALOCOUTURE Hair Extensions.
HALOCOUTURE comes in 7 different lengths (12", 14", 16", 18", 20", 22" & 24") and nearly 60 color options including solid colors, highlighted options and balayage options. There is the Original Halo which has your standard amount of hair for hair extensions, and then there is the Layered Halo which has about 30% more hair than the Original Halo and built in layers. The Layered Halo is a great choice for someone with thicker hair. We have to custom order our HALOCOUTURE Extensions. If in stock at the warehouse, they take about 2-3 business days to come in to us. The HALOCOUTURE investment is $320 - $760 +tax depending on length and color.
The HALOCOUTURE Hair Extensions work well with fine and thick hair types. They don't work best for those that have a blunt hair cut. I would suggest the clip-ins for that haircut instead . The HALOCOUTURE Extensions work best for all down or half up, half down styles. It is a little more difficult to get the HALO extensions to work with an up style, unless it is a low up style. I suggest the clip-ins if you're planning on wearing an updo. The HALOCOUTURE Hair Extensions are easier to apply on yourself than the clip-in hair extensions.
Our clip-in hair extensions come in 10 different color options, mostly solid colors with a few highlighted options. We carry 14" and 18" in length. Our clip-in sets have 10 clips and are 160 grams of hair. We carry full stock of the clip-in hair extensions. You can leave with your clip-in hair extensions the same day. The clip-in investment is $135 + tax for 14" and $175 + tax for 18". Our clip-ins come in a complementary storage/travel bag.
The clip-ins work best for finer to normal hair types and those that have a blunt haircut. For thicker hair types, I suggest the Layered HALO. You can use clip-in hair extensions if you plan on wearing your hair up or down. The clip-in hair extensions are a little bit more challenging to apply than the HALOCOUTURE Hair Extensions. There is a pattern to placing each clip on the base of your hair, where are the HALOCOUTURE Hair Extensions are one piece that go on like a headband.
Hair extensions are a great option if you are waning to add length, fullness or both. We absolutely love using hair extensions when styling hair. It gives us a lot more hair to work with making the styles look that much more elegant and full.
