FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS...

What area do you serve?

San Diego County mainly, but I do travel.

What is required to book?

A non-refundable $100 retainer and a signed contract.

​

What is a Bridal Preview? 

A Bridal Preview is the same as a Bridal Trial, I call it something different.  I block up to three hours if you book both hair & makeup, 1.5 hours if only one service for the Bridal Preview appointment. This is enough time for one look with adjustments, if needed. If you are planning to test out different looks, a different rate will apply as we will need to block more time.​

How many services can you do?

I can do up to 8 services total or 4 people for both hair and makeup (this also depends on the wedding day timeline) before I would need to bring on an additional stylist.

When would we need to bring on an additional stylist? 

If you book more than 8 services, or if we are on a tight timeline.

​

How much time should we plan for each service on wedding day?

I block one hour per service for the bride and 45 minutes per service for the bridal party. Please give me a heads-up if someone in the bridal party has a massive amount of hair so I can plan to block more time.

​

What time do we need to start on wedding morning? 

We usually start around 7am. If your venue does not let you into the bridal suite until 10am - 12pm, you will likely need to book another space for getting ready (LARGE hotel room or AirB&B).

Is there any services you don't offer or don't like to do? 

I do not offer traditional airbrush. I do not offer tattoo coverage, not my specialty. Hollywood Waves are also not my specialty. I can send you some good referrals of other stylists that specialize in these looks.

How would you describe your style? 

I love soft glam makeup. You still look like yourself but elevated from your everyday look. If you want Kim K full beat makeup, I'm probably not your girl. For hair, I would describe my style as romantic with a splash of boho, whimsical vibes. I do love to play with braids and twists. 

​

Do you stay for touch-ups? 

I stay until all of the services are done and I do a final round of touch-ups (if needed) before I leave. Once the photographer arrives, there usually isn't any time for touch-ups so it is not a service I offer anymore.

​

Do you supply a touch-up kit?

Yes, I have a little touch-up kit for all of my clients.

​

Are lashes included?

Yes, lashes are included with all makeup services.

​

My flower girl or Jr. Bridesmaid is over 4 years old, do I have to pay the bridal party price?

Yes, most children over 4 years old have just as much hair as an adult and take just as much time for hairstyling.

​

Do I need hair extensions for my wedding day? 

I highly recommend them for most of my clients. They help with length, volume and hold a curl for a very long time.
