Salon Policies

LATE POLICY

 

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we will have to reschedule you for a different time. This allows all of our appointments for the day to run efficiently. 

CHILDREN POLICY

 

Children are not allowed in the studio unless they are getting services done.

NO CALL/NO SHOW/RESCHEDULING

 

 A 24 hour notice is required to reschedule your appointment. If you call with less than 24 hours notice, you will need to pay a $25 fee per service booked before you can book your next appointment. 

RE-DO POLICY

 

 I want you to be happy with your new look. If there are any adjustments that you would like made, you have 7 days from your initial appointment to come in to have those adjustments made. There are no refunds. 

RETAIL POLICY 

 

A product exchange may be made within 7 days of your initial retail purchase. There are no refunds. 

HAIR EXTENSIONS

All hair extensions and products are final sale. There are no refunds or exchanges.
